I've been going to Reflection Brows since she was at Chandler Mall. Even before the pandemic! They have always known how to do my brows. I've very particular about keeping my fullness, but cleaning them up, and they nail everytime.

Unfortunately, I am extremely upset with my experience. After she finished she handed me the mirror, I had then asked if she could please remove just a couple more hairs in the inner corner. She then removed about a centimeter of hair on one of my eyebrows, leaving them extremely far apart and un-even I left in tears and she said she would give a discount . Still paid $18 for her to completely butcher my eyebrows. I had a complete panic attack and I can’t stand how they look now
